EZ Cloud LLC, and its employees, contractors, associates, shall not be held liable for any loss of customer data, sales data, other data, etc., caused by EZ Cloud LLC programs and/or services.

Programs

By using EZ Cloud's offerings, customers accept the software "as is" with no guarantees. The company reserves rights to:

• Automatically renew subscriptions at period end
• Modify pricing with 30 days' notice
• Cancel service without cause
• Update terms at any time

Non-compliance with policies or payment failures may result in service termination.

SMS & Communications

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All mobile messaging is subject to applicable carrier policies and compliance requirements.
