E-Z Cloud built the Auto Responder app as a commercial app. This SERVICE is provided by E-Z Cloud and is intended for use as is.

Gmail Data Access

The app accesses Gmail through the scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.modify to enable auto-reply functionality. The application reads, labels, and sends message replies based on user preferences without requiring complete mailbox access.

Data retention is limited to what's necessary for operations. If you choose to disconnect your Google account or deactivate your Auto Responder account, all associated Gmail data is deleted within 30 days.

Users can request immediate deletion by contacting [email protected].

Log Data

The service collects error-related information including device IP address, device name, operating system version, app configuration, usage time and date, and other statistics.

Cookies

The service doesn't explicitly use cookies, though third-party libraries we use may implement them.

Third-party companies assist with service delivery under strict confidentiality obligations. These companies do not have the right to disclose or use the information for any purpose other than service delivery.
